Every AZA parcel can be opened and checked in front of the rider before you pay. If a piece isn't right, hand it straight back. No questions, no charge.
On delivery
01Ask the rider to wait while you inspect. Riders wait up to 10 minutes.
02Open the courier flyer along its seal and check every piece: stones, plating, clasps and the size you ordered.
03Happy? Pay the rider and keep your pieces. Not right? Reseal the flyer, return it to the rider and pay nothing.
